Cancellation Policy
Being a small business, every appointment in our books is important. If an appointment is no showed or cancelled last minute, it directly affects the income of our commissioned stylists. When a guest "no shows" we lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time and our stylists are left with no service, sometimes for hours. Out of respect for our team the following policies will be adhered to:
Services are non-refundable

We require 48 business hours to cancel or reschedule any service in order to not incur charges.

Services cancelled in less than 48 business hours will result in a 50% service charge to be paid prior or the day-of your next appointment.

Confirmed services cancelled or no showed day-of could result in a full service charge.

Voicemails left to cancel or reschedule a service outside of business hours will be deemed as received the following business day.
This policy is on a case to case basis.
Please note: If you have any concerns with your service, please notify us within 1 week of your original appointment date and we will book you back in for an adjustment. Any notice further than 1 week will result in a regular rate charge.
